That wine from CA looks enticing.  Any spare bottles to be had?

Can you get a few bottles up to Paisley to have under the table so we can liven the banquet up?  Or should we all turn up with personalised hip flasks??

Whilst we can get wine, cake and bread on to this thread there is a distinct shortage of reply buttons at the moment.  Any idea what's going on?

I don't know what is up with the no reply buttons but I had to go back about two pages to find one and it did still post where it should but. Don't know it it has anything to do with the end of the month comming up or not?? Maybe we used up all our replys???

I had forgotten my last two items of "kitchenalia".  These are recent official MF memorabilia items.  They are Ferguson 20 and MF 35 tractor salt and pepper pots.  Quite neat little pot things to enhance any Massey feeding station!

Following my flying visit over to the West this weekend I can now contribute to the kitchenalia discussion, upon arrival late Saturday evening we had the official hand over of presents and just look at what was quickly unwrapped, this is definately bound for the top of the stove to keep the coffee warm,  so when you visit you can experience the taste and smell of fresh coffee from the "Massey style coffee pot" warmed on the Massey stove.

Nice looking setup there!! Malcolm, you must have a Massey Harris grinder in your collection that you can grind fresh Coffee beans to make it even better than store boughten grounds....

Here is another for the Kitchenalia it is a steak brander. When you cook your steaks on the grill just lay this on the grill until it gets very hot and then when your steak is done to your liking just brand it with the W for well done or M for medium or R for rare.  Just can't figure out how to tell the difference between M & W, I supose you have to brand a line under the bottom of the letter??

Here's one of the links in the Massey Men's Food Supply Chain!  It's an M-H Perfection milking machine (which is on a small logo plate on the top of the pulsator).

 I have recently acquired a full set of rubber tubing for it plus the teat cup liners so I am ready to move on this in supplying Jersey (only) milk and cream to the MH camp. 

Joe and Gary - I just need access to your Jersey cows and make sure that they are not kickers!  If you have a pair of them then this machine actually has the ability to take two clusters at a time.

Also a shot of the vacuum pump which would be capable of powering several of these bucket milkers at a time.

Hi John,

I think it might be easier and more efficient to just send your milker and pump over here (I will take very good care of it) and use them on an outstanding Jersey Dairy herd only about 3 miles from me.  We can get a daily carrier to deliver the the fresh cream to Minnesota to have it personally processed at thePoncelet Jersey Creamery.

We continually look for the rich and smooth Jersey Cream over here without any success.  I guess we will just have to make another trip across the pond to get our fix!! 

Maybe you can hide some in you bags as you come over to Paisley this summer!!

Well folks summer is here in a big way over here with temps in the 80s at least for a few days.  So it was very much strawberry and Jersey cream time again at a tractor rally over in the east of England in Yorkshire this weekend.  Some of us Massey men, courtesy of Malcolm, met up for a splendid lunch in the pavillions of Newby Hall where the rally was held in some of the most beautiful parkland you will ever come across.  First time I had been to this rally and to me it is the most beautiful spot I have encountered for the purpose.

I took along some strawberries and Jersey double cream as "pudding" - the restaurant didn't seem to object and hear are some shots of myself, Malcolm and Alan the spanner enjoying ourselves with the delicacies.  Note how the cream is so thick that Alan is having to almost carve it out of the pot.  I had bought along several pots and a I dipsatched Malcolm back to his residence to consume it privately in the evening!

Truts you folks over there have similar plnas in hand for Paisley..............

Here is a photo of a M-H GP wearing a nice Massey-Harris hat at the Newby Hall Rally at the weekend. I don't know where the Owner was. He may have been in the beer tent or in the restraunt organising the lunch for us all.
