2014 tractor tour

This holiday weekend I took a little trip to collect some things that I bought and a few pieces of new sheet metal from Ervin. All said and done it was 2200 miles in 4 days with 6 collections that I was able to check out. Here is some of the Massey highlights from the trip. I was supposed to see another #2 Massey but the owner was not home when I got there, so next time that one will be seen. There was many places I had to drive by but someday I would like to see more in the east.

RE:2014 tractor tour

I took 740 pictures over the weekend and out of sheer genius I forgot to take a picture of my plow that was the start of this trip. This weekend I will have some photo's.

Here is some of the non Massey tractors on the trip. thanks to George, Justin, Ervin, Wendell, Joe, and Kenny for letting me stop by and look around. I have to admit I plan my trips around seeing the most big gas tractors I can see rather than Massey and Wallis.

When I stopped at Joe's to see his new purchase and hear about his big trip he said something about planting a bunch of Apple and Grape vine seed...... He will have to fill in the details, and pictures!

RE:2014 tractor tour

Thanks for all the photo's Tom,

It looks like you had a great trip and looked over some very nice old iron, several there I have seen before in their previous resting place.

Did Wendell let you have a drive round the yard on the No 3 just to wet your appetite to find another?

We wait to hear more from Joe on the planting of the vineyard and orchard in MN, expect he will have time to do it now his corn and oats are in the ground.

Malcolm.
