Prototype for Sale MFX 4000

Hey Joe,

Here is your REAL opportunity to own the prototype of the MFX 4000. The famous snowmobile/boat.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Massey-Ferguson-MFX4000-Factory-Prototype-Snowmobile-boat-/220941298533?pt=Snowmobile_Parts_Accessories&hash=item337120ab65

ebay # 220941298533

Unfortunately the interior looks like it has been worked over by the hammer laying on the console!!

I already have a "one of a kind" so I am willing to share the Massey wealth with others!!  Go for it!!

There is nothing I would like more than to have this in my collection but I am afraid I will have to put on some pretty big gloves and put up a good fight to get it!!!

Gary:

What's up with this (One Of A Kind Stuff) and getting Jacked arround?? I put in a very fair bid on the MFX 4000 and watched it for the past four days and tonight I checked it and the auction was no longer listed. I thought sure I would win this and have just enough time to run down and pick it up so it could make it to the Whiz~N~Day on the 11th but I can see that is not going to happen now.

Now I see it is relisted @#$%^&*   Makes me mad enough I don't think I am even going to throw a bid in on it this time.

Joe, I've this happen to me several times on E bay. I thin kwhat it is, is the seller didn't put a reserve on it and he's afraid that it's not going bring what he want's for it. It sure does agravate you don't it?

RE:Prototype for Sale MFX 4000

The more I look at that the more strange it is!!  They did not bring it back with a reserve so it is basically the same.  Did they have a local buyer and they backed out?   Why didn't they contact you to explain what they were doing?  Looks like they lost a prefectly good bid!!

When in doubt ask the question!!!  Here is his response as to why it was dropped off eBay before it ended.

Dear mh,

Yes, same one, Ebay took it off because they said it was in the wrong category, so I had to re-list it under "motors".

I am just the messenger but hopefully the results will be the same in the end.  I thought it was pretty weak myslef but...  The ad didn't change - no reserve, same sstarting bid, etc.  Beats me.

RE:Prototype for Sale MFX 4000

Well, I put up a good fight!! But as usual got beat out at the last 10 seconds. (final price) $6,766.66.

Seller should have left the auction go through it's course the first time, the difference in price of what he could have made would have gotten him a very good trip for two to see our friends in the UK.

Wonder if it will show up at the Whiz~N~Day tomorrow??? or if we will ever see it again?
