I am installing main bearings on a M-H 50 and my question is with the rear main bearing cap. There is packing material between the main bearing cap and the sides of the block to stop oil from leaking. To install the new packing do you simply torque the main cap in place and squeeze as much packing material as you can down the groove? Or is there a better way. Any info would help. Thanks Todd
