Massey Factories

Hi John,

A person recently asked on www.tymag.com where the Massey tractors were made.  He provided a link from TractorData.com what indicated some of the tractors.  However, some of the information didn't seem to be exactly correct and other info is missing (55, 555).

I would guess you are the most knowledgeable about the factories and what was made where!!  Any thing you could share to enlighten some of us?

Thanks

Gary

RE:Massey Factories

I would be fairly certain that all the "unknowns" noted on that link were, with the exception of the Mustang, made in Racine.

For the Pacer, Colt and Mustang I am uncertain - either Racine or possibly Woodstock??

You folks over there should know bettter than me - can't some of you owners look at the serial number tags and advise us?

John
