John, hope these photos are helpful. Yes the inside front tires are worn, only about 20 %. I took a second photo of  the cab, but I can't find it.

Sounds like a pretty good deal compared to the asking price I have been seeing on others in similar to worse condition...  What do the rest of you think?

I think it's a deal. In the area of the auction, Massey's are far and few, not a lot of collectors. So the old realestate saying comes to mind. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION
