RE:XMAS DAY Start Up!
Drew and family,
Congratulations to you and your family on the birth of your son this Christmas time, I trust both dad and grampa will encourage him to develop his Massey interests as he grows up and not be long before he is driving and cranking these old yed and yellow tractors, maybe grampa will have to buy him a "hand crank" U frame Massey to play with, before he gets used to just pushing the starter button.
John,
Yes the styled 25 is coming along well and running better each time it is started, I have a new hood and fenders to put on it next, together with heating and straightening out the back framework for the fenders, then I think all the new tinwork, fuek tanks and front grill may well get some red paint during the summer months and then experiment with some ageing of the paint to match the rest of the tractor.
Graham,
I am surprised you and your daughter did not manage to start one on Christmas day, she would of loved a drive round the yard pulling her sleigh with a Massey or Wallis and all your presents on the back!!!
I have been so busy lately on various projects and no time to be sat at the computer, so now trying to catch up a bit with some of my posts.
Hope you all had a nice Christmas in MB.
All the Best
Malcolm.
