Winter Massey Meet in The West.
We had a wonderful Massey Meet here in the UK on December 17th and 18th in the run up to the 2012 Christmas Festivities.
The evening of the 17th we had a full attendence of members sit down and enjoy a great spread at a local Indian restaurant, the local entertainment was enjoyed by all including the owner of the restaurant.
The following day dawned bright and sunny for a change and we all enjoyed a full day browsing John's collection, running a very "special Challenger" and generally browsing and discussing many Massey products, it is always amazing what comes out of these sort of "specialist discussion days", we all seem to come away with some further knowledge of a great Company who have offered so much to the world of agriculture over many years.
The event came to an end with a wonderful evening meal at The Royal Oak in Betsy Coed, some of you are familiar with the food and ambience there, it was fantastic.
Here you see Moira enjoying her huge fish dish and John munching away on something which he seemed to be enjoying and my plate of a lovely well done steak and what lovely horseradish sauce they have there too!!.
Here's to the next one of 2013.
Malcolm..
