I have been doing some more thinking and planning on this project. Jim G was kind enough to send me some dimensions on the #2 platform. I am wondering if one of you guys could get some measurements on the platform and hitch just to make sure there is no difference in the numbers and a double check.
Jim sent me these dimensions.
platform 1/8" thick 46.25" wide 34.125" long
drawbar 1"x3"x41"

Would be nice to know the size of irons for the drawbar frame and the locatons of the holes in platform for drawbar adjustment and wood planks.
