RE:Massey mens' food!
During the past few weeks I have not had much computer time at my desk, catching up with a few threads this morning pleases me to see "The Massey Men" are keeping up with "one of their favourite passions in life" eating and enjoying good quality Massey produced food.
Just to put another angle on this "high priority topic" for all Massey Collectors visiting Canada on business or pleasure, you must plan a trip to the small town of Newcastle, Ontario where the Massey roots were firmly laid by the Massey family and still very evident today with some of their legacy they left behind.
Between the old Massey factory and the Community Hall on Main Street is just the most wonderful place to eat called "The Massey House Restaurant" all Massey Collectors get such a warm welcome from owners Gus and Karen who love to talk about all things Massey and show off their display of Massey Memorabilia, both John and I have been regular visitors since 1998 and can assure you all he "loves his Massey food in The Massey Restaurant" cooked in true Massey style by Gus and Karen.
I am sure he is counting down the days now in readiness for The National Show in Paisley Ontario in 2013, I can assure you all high on his itinerary will be another trip to Newcastle.
