I had heard about the conversion of the old MH HQ offices but we've never seen the building before or after conversion.  Quite frankly I would rather shoot myself than live in a city!  Even in that fine historic building.

No - I'd settle for a regular house in Newcastle I think and negotiate a barbecue plot on the old MH foundry sit there.  Additionally the journey out from Toronto to Newcastle is one hell of a tedious, arduous, bore which after two or three trips would drive you insane.  That huge highway really is horrible.
