Hi John,
I want to be the first in line to watch you milk one of those Jersey oxens!! You might get some cream but I doubt if you would want to eat it over strawberries!!
I never thought about roasting a Jersey but that could be an interesting sight as well.
Unfortunately, in the US they have shut down all the slaughter houses for horses. It was a good export for the industry and provided a market for old tired horses and horses with serious ailments.
The hobbists, PETA and Humane Society of US got in the way. Not all horses are met to be pets!!!
