RE:M-H Barn Equipment.
Mission accomplished from this side of the pond, NOW IT'S OVER TO YOU in readiness for your Spring Meet.
Whilst here on your tour last July you saw that spelt wheat grain growing in the fields, in the barn you also saw the de husking process of the grain in action, now it has been through the grinder you have it documented from "field to table" , yes it is certified organic as shown on the labels, we shipped it from here Friday and it arrived with you Monday, so still very fresh in the bag from grinding in true M-H style, see if you can smell the oil from the No 3?
There are two packages so maybe you should bake one and sell one package of flour for someone else to bake in a Massey Stove, I look forward to hearing the end results. And especially Ony's favourite traditional English pudding (or dessert), which I hope everyone tastes in Iowa, she will fill you in on the recipe and fine detail.
Enjoy and have fun,
