The weekend after the AGCO show it was one of the first indoor events of the 2014 season, The Malvern Indoor Tractor Show. As with many of these shows they lean more towards the classic era of collecting, the stalls selling spare parts are the same and for us that collect the veteran tractors very little is found whilst attending the events, which makes it an expensive weekend away just to catch up with old friends and fellow collectors.
One of the themes this year was hop growing and some very nice displays of hop equipment on narrow tractors, something we do not get to see in ther grain belt of Lincolnshire.
Another feature was the M-F 100 series display which was not as large and extensive as I would of expected to see.
In all a good start to the 2014 Show season after the long wet winter.
