Amazingly the cake was all edible. The dark grey wheels were covered in grey icing made by adding some grey food dye to normal icing. If I recall correctly the axles were made form sticks of solid chocolate. The grass around it was edible dyed coconut!
Now as for that cream you really are setting yourself a task! I will be sending my personal representative across to Baraboo where you can present him with it and he can then verify that all is to the required British standard !
Could do with some strawberries and cream here today - it has hit 75 degrees and more to come. Astronomical temps for this time of the year - all to be paid for next month I fear.
