RE:Challenger in buckets

She purrs like a kitten! Sounds really good without a muffler.

RE:Challenger in buckets

I spent a good part of the weekend doing some final tinkering then cleaned and prepped it for primer. Tonight I primed it and it was hot in that paint room and humid. I am going to wait for cooler weather to f put the final coat on.

RE:Challenger in buckets

Looking good already!!!  That will definitely be something to be proudly shown, great job!!!!

RE:Challenger in buckets

You have the end in sight now Dan of a long, interesting and rewarding project, well done for documenting your "ups and downs" along the restoration journey for us all to enjoy, it all gives encouragement  and useful information to others when embarking on a similar project.

I look forward to seeing a photo of it parading at this years Mount Pleasant Show, looks like you will be ready well ahead of time.

Well done and also curious what your starting of next?

Malcolm.

RE:Challenger in buckets

Thanks Malcolm, I have plenty of things that need to be worked on so I will not lack for things to do. I do have a 1927 Star automobile that need finished but I am not sure I will take on another project like the Challenger

RE:Challenger in buckets

Got almost all of it done and it looks like a tractor again. Painted the fenders and hood this morning and should have them on next week, then all is left is the decals.

RE:Challenger in buckets

She looks really good Dan! Bet she looks even better in person. You going to take her to Rantoul and put her on display?

RE:Challenger in buckets

Well it is all back together and this is all that is left over. I have had bigger piles from other projects
