MENA Hotels

Just want to give all of our interent friends a "heads up" about hotel rooms for the MENA Show in Rushville.  There is only one hotel in Rushville (about 6 miles from grounds).  We have 20 rooms reserved for the show in this hotel.

There are also hotels in Greensburg (17 miles) and Shelbyville (24 miles).

You will find details if you go to the events tab then click on the MENA show link.  There it will tell you how to make reservations and other options.

This will be coming out in newsletters, but you get it first!!!

Hope to see you all in Rushville.

RE:MENA Hotels

Thanks for the info Gary,

I have just twisted Devan's arm on the front desk at The Comfort Inn for two rooms, it sounds like it is filling up VERY fast.

Very kind of you to allow us all to put it onto YOUR tab, he said it was all OK!!!!

See you there and PLEASE organise for some Jersey cream  to be in John's room.

RE:MENA Hotels

Malcolm,

Glad you were able to get in.  I think Devan really likes his rooms and wants to keep them for himself.  Especially when he can rent them at $150.00 a night!!

And yes we plan to give it the old college try in pleasing our UK guests with the Jersey cream and strawberries - now that we know what we are up against!!  We will have you covered this time!!  I KNOW the strawberries will be great!!  (Now watch it hail all summer and destroy the crop!!)

RE:MENA Hotels

Gary,

Malcolm forgot to mention that I need strawberries with the Jersey DOUBLE cream.  Also please make sure that the strawberries are an oldfashioned variety - they have much better flavour as they are not bred for transport like the hard as rock strawberries that come up from CA and other places.

Also if we get the air con turned up what about a meat and potato pie with a suet pastry?

Think on it.............

John
