Hi Malcolm
I was watching the Pacemaker!! It had gone from Yuma to the Chuck Schneider Collection in Michigan. Not sure where it went from there but showed up at the Mecum Auction selling for $13,125.00. It fell off a little from Yuma's selling price of $16,500.00.
You can see all the lots from the Mecum Auction at:
https://www.mecum.com/auctions/davenport-tractor-2018/lots/
You must be a registered bidder to see the results.
I would think Mr. Nelson should be happy with his results!! Some of the other Massey tractors also sold well!
I tried to play with a Wiard Plow Dealers Sign but was quickly left in the dust!! There was also a Wiard walking plow that did not meet the owners reserve with a bid of $600.00. I am looking for that bidder because I have one nicer than was sold!!! (No - its not for sale but with that kind of money I would be talking to someone!!)
The Girard Auction had plenty of Massey toy tractors and Massey memorabilia. I helped in the bidding but did not find anything I really "needed"! Again you can go to their web site and see the offerings AND their final bid at:
